Budget Public Hearing Notice
And Annual Meeting

The Lapeer Township Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed township budget for fiscal year 2007-2008 at the Lapeer Township Offices and Community Building, 1500 Morris Rd. Lapeer Township on Monday June 11th, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon as thereafter it may be heard. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. A copy of the budget is available for public inspection at the Township Offices.
The Lapeer Township board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon five days notice to the Lapeer Township board. Lapeer, at 810-664-3700. This notice complies with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCL 141.436 & MCL 211.24e.
